Keke's Story
From Uncertainty to Unshakable Purpose
Early in my career, I was told, “Corporate isn’t for you.”
In many ways, they were right - but not for the reasons they believed.
While my passion for people, wellbeing, and meaningful work was always present, confidence and assertiveness were still finding their voice.
Over the past 21 years, working across diverse industries, I discovered that my journey was never about fitting into a specific space. It was about learning how to navigate with resilience, emotional agility, and purpose. The challenges I encountered became some of my greatest teachers.
There was a season where I felt hopeless, lifeless, and overwhelmed. I didn't know where life was taking me, and somewhere along the way, I lost my sense of identity. I stopped setting goals because I could no longer see the point. When everything you have worked so hard to build can be taken away in an instant, it becomes difficult to believe in what comes next.
Losing my job felt like losing a part of myself.
What I did not realise at the time was that what felt like an ending was actually an invitation to become someone new. The moment I surrendered and became obedient to the journey ahead, a new version of me began to emerge - one that was more aligned, more grounded, and more aware of what truly mattered.
Little did I know that this would become a journey of becoming a pattern interrupter.
It taught me how to reframe adversity, move through uncertainty, and recognise that setbacks often become the foundation for growth, resilience, and transformation.
That perspective now shapes the work I do with individuals, leaders, and organisations.
Today, I get to share my story and help high performers rewire their response to chronic stress, so they have the cognitive capacity to lead themselves first - and ultimately lead others.
My work is designed to develop the self-awareness, behavioural insight, and confidence needed to navigate change, strengthen wellbeing, and lead more intentionally, both personally and professionally.
Because sustainable performance doesn't begin with pressure.
It begins with alignment.

How I work? The same principles that helped me rebuild my own resilience now shape the way I work with individuals, leaders, and teams.
Drawing on a background in corporate communication, strategic listening, and neuroscience-informed coaching, I create spaces where people feel both supported and challenged to grow.
My approach goes beyond motivation or surface-level change.
Together, we explore the behaviours, beliefs, habits, and internal patterns that influence performance, wellbeing, communication, and decision-making.
I believe lasting change happens when people understand not only what they do, but why they do it.
By combining practical coaching tools with evidence-based wellbeing strategies, I help clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and confidence so they can navigate challenges with clarity and intention.

Today’s workplace demands more than productivity alone. Ongoing pressure, constant change, and blurred work-life boundaries are impacting how people think, feel, perform, and lead.
At the heart of my work is the Coaching4Conscious™ Model - a five-phase coaching framework developed through years of supporting individuals through behavioural change, resilience building, and personal transformation.
The model recognises that awareness alone does not create change.
Lasting transformation happens when insight is translated into intentional action and consistently practiced over time.
Through a process of awareness, intention, action, integration, and habit formation, clients learn how to move beyond automatic patterns and create sustainable ways of thinking, working, and living.
Whether through coaching, speaking, workshops, or wellbeing programmes, this framework guides how I support people to build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and create sustainable change.
